When will my order ship? All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey to you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
MATERIALS & CARE
Will the jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green? Never. At Stellar Sway, we use high-quality, hypoallergenic metals (such as 925 Sterling Silver, 14k/18k Gold Plating, and Stainless Steel). All our pieces are lead and nickel-free, making them safe for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my Stellar Sway pieces? To maintain your jewelry's "stellar" shine, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorinated water. Store them in the soft pouch provided when not in use.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to love your new look. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged? We take quality seriously. If an item arrives with any defect, please email us at info@stellarsway.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
